As part of the acquisition, O'Connor will assume full operational control of the center, overseeing day-to-day management, leasing, and operations through the existing on-site team.

A longstanding investor in Polaris Fashion Place for more than a decade, O'Connor Capital Partners' latest move represents a significant expansion of its role and commitment to the property.
