Jelly Roll & Bunnie XO's Breakup Mansion
Following their highly publicized divorce, Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO's enormous Nashville-area mansion is up for sale at $6.999 million. Dolly Parton's 1980s Hollywood Hills Home
Dolly Parton's home in the Hollywood Hills that she owned in the late 1980s is for sale for $7.95 million. The property—aptly named the Dolly Parton House—was purchased by Dolly and her husband, Carl Dean, in 1985 for $750,000. The 4,700-square-foot home features living and dining areas with glass walls framing views of the Pacific Ocean and Los Angeles. They sold the home in 1985 for $1.2 million. The current listing is the first time it has been on the market in 25 years.
Halle Berry Is Selling Her LA Villa
Halle Berry is seeking nearly $12 million for her Mediterranean-style Los Angeles home. According to TMZ, the Oscar winner spent almost $6 million for the 1926-built house in 2005. The estate, which spans 5,900 square feet, has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. There is also a guest house.
Another Diane Keaton Home Redo
Diane Keaton accomplished many things in her life, including an Academy Award, a Tony Award, and two Golden Globe Awards. Diane was also well-known in the real estate world for her keen design eye and the notable homes she renovated and restored, including Lloyd Wright's Mayan-themed Art Deco house in Los Angeles she did in the late 1980s. Another one of her home redos has come on the market, this one in Laguna Beach, California. Real estate records show that Keaton paid $6.6 million for the circa-1976 house in 2021, restored it, and sold it for $7.9 million the next year. The almost 2,700-square-foot, four-bedroom home with ocean views is now for sale at $10.3 million.
Bob Hope's UFO House
It took a long time in earth years, but Bob Hope's UFO house sold for $13 million after first being listed in 2013 with a price tag of $50 million. Having gone through a couple of price cuts between 2013 and 2016, a price cut to $25 million finally found a buyer. But with no comps available, how does one actually price a concrete space ship? Seems that when $25 million was thrown at the wall, $13 million stuck.
Dr. Phil Goes Big In Beverly Hills
Dr. Phil McGraw and his wife, Robin McGraw, have listed their 16,079-square-foot home with eight bedrooms on 2.76 acres in the Beverly Hills area for $67.5 million. Phil and Robin paid $29.8 million for the home in 2010 and finished it in 2011 after making it into a full-scale compound with plenty of space for both staff and guests. The home's exterior is equally impressive with a large pool, a clay sports court and views of the LA skyline and nearby mountains.

The asking price is $22 million.

The three-story, 27,000-square-foot Tuscan-style home has 15 bathrooms, a large wine cellar with exposed brick walls, a cinema, a gym, and parking for more than fifty cars. The home is now priced at $54.5 million.
In his life, Prince rented several homes in Beverly Hills, including NBA-star Carlos Boozer's Beverly Hills home that he painted in purple stripes. Prince died in 2016.
Aaron Paul Sells Iconic Seyler House
More than a year after Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul first listed his home in Los Angeles for $10 million, it has finally sold for $7.5 million. The home, known as the Seyler House, is located just beneath Griffith Park and is one of the city's most illustrious estates. Before Aaron and his family moved in, other residents included Robert Pattinson, Jim Parsons, Noah Wyle, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. The 4,026-square-foot house has four bedrooms, an amphitheater, a pool, a cold plunge, an outdoor fireplace, and a koi pond.
