NEW YORK, Aug. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC announced today that it has acquired Pexco, LLC, a leading supplier of custom extruded plastic products, from Saw Mill Capital LLC. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Pexco is a leading player in the custom extrusion market, focused on industrial, commercial and medical applications. The Company designs, manufactures and assembles a broad array of products that serve the needs of customers in multiple end markets. Additionally, Pexco provides a variety of complementary, value-added services such as design, prototyping, die building, sub assembly and supply chain management. This inclusive approach has allowed the Company to develop long-term relationships with an attractive customer base. Pexco has a low-cost, vertically integrated platform with ten production facilities located throughout North America that allow the Company to efficiently delivery its products.
