Odyssey Systems appoints Matt Kasberg as CEO; Tom Portlock to chair board of directors

WAKEFIELD, Mass., Jan. 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd, a leading provider of integrated national security technology, engineering, and program management capabilities, has appointed Matt Kasberg as its chief executive officer. Tom Portlock, who preceded Kasberg as Odyssey's CEO, will serve as chairman of the company's board of directors, working with Kasberg and Kevin Connolly, Odyssey's chief financial officer, to steer corporate strategy and execution.

Kasberg has spent more than 17 years at Odyssey in various leadership roles, including the last six years as chief operating officer. His career began in the public sector at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, where he supported program management for software, radar, and Command and Control, Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) mission areas.
