Ohana Real Estate Investors to Develop Montage Los Cabos Hotel and Residences
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Oct. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ohana Real Estate Investors, LLC announces plans to break ground in December 2015 on Montage Los Cabos, an oceanfront resort in Los Cabos, Mexico expected to open in the Winter 2017-2018 season. The project will sit on the renowned Santa Maria Bay on the corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, adjacent to the private residential community Maravilla Los Cabos. Montage Los Cabos and Maravilla Los Cabos reside within a 1,400-acre master planned community being developed by Ohana.

Montage Los Cabos will feature 122 guestrooms, five-star amenities such as a full-service spa, the uniquely designed main pool, and multiple dining options, as well as 52 whole ownership residences. The two and three-bedroom residences – which will offer ocean views, private terraces with fire pits, outdoor showers, and access to a centrally located private residential pool – are just being released for presale reservation.
