OM Group, Inc. Announces New Name--VECTRA, Future Headquarters Location, And New Senior Leadership Team
ST. LOUIS and CLEVELAND, Nov. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- OM Group, Inc., announced today that it will change its name to Vectra Co. ("VECTRA") and that it will move its corporate headquarters from Cleveland, Ohio to St. Louis, Missouri. VECTRA is a technology-driven specialty materials and specialty chemicals company. It is comprised of three businesses, Vacuumschmelze, EaglePicher Technologies, and Borchers, that are recognized as global leaders and have set the standard in their respective industries for over 100 years.

VECTRA also announced three new leaders who have joined its senior leadership team: Edward Yocum, Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary; Gary Westbrook, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer; and Nancy Stemme, Senior Vice President, Human Resources. These changes to the senior leadership team are the first significant hires by Jim Voss, the newly-appointed President and CEO, who joined VECTRA following its acquisition by funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management, LLC on October 28, 2015.
