Under the terms of the agreement, Michael Kirby, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SwapData AI, has been appointed Senior Managing Director of OMeT-i. In this capacity, Mr. Kirby will oversee product architecture, commercial licensing operations, and strategic market expansion for the division.

Strategic Software Integration and Data Architecture

To anchor OMeT-i's technical infrastructure, SwapData AI has granted OMeT-i a perpetual enterprise license to its proprietary SwapData.ai software architecture. The platform will be fully migrated into OMeT's core environment, providing a scalable foundation designed to aggregate, normalize, and process public Swap Data Repository (SDR) feeds across multiple asset classes and execution venues. The initial commercial rollout of the integrated platform will focus on Latin American (LATAM) swap markets before expanding across broader global OTC derivative markets.
