Power and Associates 2012 North American Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study^SM released today. This year's highest ranking marks Omni's fifth time as the leading hotel brand in this study.

Omni has consecutively outperformed the industry average for the past 12 years. The results are based on 61,716 responses from guests who stayed in a hotel from June 2011 through May 2012.
