Former Palo Alto Networks President and Google Cloud co-founder to accelerate Omnissa's momentum and lead company into era of agentic endpoints

With over 35 years of experience, Singh has helped build some of the world's most consequential enterprise technology platforms, including serving as President of Palo Alto Networks and as a co-founder and President of Google Cloud. He succeeds Shankar Iyer, who recently stepped down as CEO to pursue other opportunities.

Amit Singh recently served as President of Palo Alto Networks. During his tenure, the company grew fivefold in market value, launched multiple new billion-dollar businesses, and became the world's first $100 billion cybersecurity company. Prior to that, Singh spent nearly a decade at Google, where he was a co-founder and President of Google Cloud. He began his career at Oracle, where over two decades he held roles across product, engineering, sales and strategy. Singh is also the founder of abovecloud9.ai, which applies AI to expand access to meditation and mental well-being programs in partnership with the Art of Living Foundation. He holds a master's degree in industrial and management engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering.
