The company raised a $12.5M Series A round in September to fuel a rapid expansion. Bolstered by learnings from launching in Orange County last fall, HelloTech is now poised to take its new expansion playbook across the country, beginning with San Diego.
Since launching in May 2015, HelloTech has paired savvy college students, aka 'Heroes' with thousands of technology users who need in-person support. HelloTech screens and vets their Heroes, then deploys them to homes to provide support.
