OnBase by Hyland Selected by Rollins College to Move Beyond Paperless

CLEVELAND, March 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Winter Park, Florida-based Rollins College has selected OnBase by Hyland, a single enterprise information platform, to replace its Perceptive Nolij Web solution, which is being sunsetted. In addition to promoting advanced workflow and form functionality, OnBase will fully integrate with the institution's existing line-of-business systems including Banner by Ellucian, its enterprise resource planning application.

Rollins College, which deployed Nolij Web in 2002 in an effort to go paperless, will begin its OnBase implementation within the financial aid office. The institution plans to use OnBase workflows and forms, as well as the ability to build retention schedules and automate financial aid processes to bolster its digital campus approach.

During the vendor assessment period, the Rollins College team began to hold discussions with multiple offices across campus to re-evaluate their records retention and data governance procedures. With the new measures in place and a successful deployment in financial aid, OnBase will be strategically rolled out across departments all over campus, including those critical to the student experience such as admissions. Rollins College will also look to leverage OnBase workflows in human resources.
