OnCall Staffing Expands to Tampa

TAMPA BAY, Fla., Feb. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- One of Jacksonville's fastest-growing staffing firms is expanding into Tampa, Fla., with plans to create new jobs.

OnCall Staffing is opening an office at 3848 Flatiron Loop, Suite 101 in Wesley Chapel, Fla. 33544. At that office, OnCall Staffing will employ up to four employees by the end of the year, said Michael Rolewicz, president of OnCall Staffing.

OnCall Staffing's Regional Director Victoria Henrich will oversee the Tampa office and its sales and recruiting team. In 2012, OnCall Staffing plans to purchase an office condominium in Tampa and employ up to six staffing consultants.

Henrich will handle sales and development in the Tampa area for the national staffing firm. Having worked previously with OnCall Staffing in Jacksonville, Henrich left the company to start a family in Tampa.

Rolewicz said his business wasn't the same when Henrich left initially, and the chance to hire her again allows him to expand OnCall Staffing with a trusted associate.

"When you have good people you trust, you build your business around those people," Rolewicz said.

Bringing a proven worker such as Henrich back on staff while revving up business in a new market provides a peace of mind, Rolewicz said.

"People drive our business," he said. "Our business is based on people marketing people to other people, so you need someone with people skills to do a good job for you. Victoria is a proven commodity for OnCall Staffing. I know she would run through a brick wall for us, and having that in a new market is huge."

Rolewicz expects to turn a profit within six months, while continuing to grow the Jacksonville market. OnCall put an emphasis on transitional staffing in the recent past, but Rolewicz said a shift back to operating under the traditional staffing model is imminent.
