The acquisition marks ONDO's first transaction and brings together two performance-focused businesses with complementary strengths. Champion System becomes the second brand in ONDO's portfolio, extending the company's reach from performance essentials into custom cycling, triathlon, running and team apparel.

Founded by Daniel Shim, ONDO has built its business around functional apparel and accessories designed to solve everyday performance problems. The acquisition represents the company's first step toward building a broader portfolio of performance brands while preserving the identity, expertise and customer relationships that have made Champion System a trusted name among athletes and teams around the world.

For ONDO, the acquisition also reflects a broader evolution of the company. What began as a direct-to-consumer brand focused on performance essentials is developing into a multi-brand platform with ambitions across the wider performance apparel category.

Lever Style Corporation, Champion System's previous owner, announced the transaction on September 16. Lever Style will continue its relationship with Champion System and ONDO as a manufacturing and supply-chain partner, providing continuity across product development and production.

The acquisition represents an important milestone for ONDO as it expands beyond its original product categories and establishes a broader presence in performance apparel.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
