Global initiative to drive 25% of One Call Now's new business growth in 2015
TROY, Ohio, Feb. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- One Call Now, America's largest message notification provider, announced today it has acquired Safeguard Communications (UK) Ltd., a leader in crisis communications and business continuity message notification services in the United Kingdom. The acquisition was finalized in November of 2014, and will kick-start the company's global initiative that will drive 25% of new business growth in 2015.
Prior to the acquisition of Safeguard, One Call Now had established offices and resellers across Europe throughout 2014, and are now actively working with clients in the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and South Africa, with plans to enter additional countries throughout the year.
