One Health Partners Unveils New Brand, Offering Specialty Physicians a Nonprofit Alternative to Private Equity
NAPERVILLE, Ill., Sept. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Specialty physicians looking for more support and resources have increasingly faced a familiar choice: sell to private equity or join a larger health system. One Health Partners has created another option.
Today, One Health Partners unveiled a new brand identity built to tell that story more clearly. As part of the parent organization One Health, a national nonprofit healthcare organization operating across 35 states, subsidiary One Health Partners offers specialty practices the infrastructure and scale of a larger organization while preserving independent medical decision-making — and without putting the practice on a path toward a future sale.

The new identity more closely connects One Health Partners to the broader One Health organization and its shared nonprofit mission.

As a nonprofit, One Health Partners has no shareholders, no private equity exit strategy, and no pressure to generate returns for outside investors. Surplus revenue is reinvested into the organization, its systems that deliver patient care, and its front line people, and its mission of strengthening communities.
One Health Partners supports specialty practices with developing multispecialty centers of excellence, clinical decision support systems, operations management, and patient engagement, as well as highly tech-enabled compliance and revenue cycle management designed to help practices compete and grow. The organization currently focuses on specialties that address complex disease management, including rheumatology, dermatology, ophthalmology, neurology, and infectious disease.
The approach is designed to strengthen what is already working within a practice while taking on the operational complexity that can increasingly make independent practice difficult.
