One Kings Lane Announces New Chief Technology Officer

Rajan comes to One Kings Lane from Zappos.com where he spent more than four years as CTO leading all aspects of technology for the company. In his new role, Rajan will lead end-to-end technology delivery, data infrastructure and site operations to support the growth and evolution of One Kings Lane, overseeing its rapidly expanding technology teams based in San Francisco. Rajan joins alongside Chief Product Officer David Yu who joined One Kings Lane in mid-2013 following previous roles as Vice President of Product at Gilt Groupe and Senior Vice President of Product Development at Major League Baseball.

Prior to joining Zappos, Rajan was the Co-Founder and CTO of Intent Media, CTO of Travelocity Europe/lastminute.com and co-founder and CTO of ITRadar.com. Rajan spent the early years of his career as a software engineer developing real time airport operations management systems as well as some of the earliest internet based applications for various Fortune 500 companies.
