One Legal Continues Transformation with Appointments of New COO and CTO
Bay Area-headquartered legal technology company adds two new experienced legal software and technology executives to its management team
SAN FRANCISCO, July 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- One Legal, a leading legal support software company, today announced the appointments of Martin Kilmer as Chief Operating Officer and Michael Grow as Chief Technology Officer.
Martin Kilmer, who will take on the post of Chief Operating Officer and Head of Product, brings nearly three decades of legal information technology experience to the company.

Before joining One Legal, Kilmer spent 25 years at Lexis Nexis helping lead that firm's digital transformation and platform re-engineering. Most recently, Kilmer served as COO and Head of Product for FiscalNote — a D.C. based startup focused on regulatory issues management. Martin is a licensed attorney (U.C. Davis, 1990) in California and Colorado.
One Legal is further bolstering its technology leadership with the addition of seasoned executive Michael Grow, who will be heading up the company's technology division.

Grow is a customer-centric technology executive with over 15 years' experience building and leading innovative teams. Before joining One Legal, he was Senior Vice President of Technology & Services at Stonecrop Technologies and has held positions as Chief Technology Officer at eWinery Solutions and Vice President of Client Services at First Data Corporation. Michael holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA.
Both executives will be based at One Legal's headquarters in Sonoma County, California.
