One Loudoun To Be Honored At The 2014 National Sales & Marketing Awards

ASHBURN, Va., Dec. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), will honor One Loudoun with its 2014 Silver Award recognition for Masterplanned Community of the Year at "The Nationals." The awards event is scheduled for February 4, 2014, at the Wynn Las Vegas, NV, during the International Builder's Show.

The Masterplanned Community of the Year category recognizes the best of new communities planned to provide a total living experience including residential, commercial, recreation and educational space.  Nominees are judged on overall interior and exterior architecture, design appeal, function, and creative use spaces, including overall community site plan.
