One Mom's Battle's Tina Swithin Introduces Divorcing a Narcissist: 12 Months with Tina

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif., July 23, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Tina Swithin, self-help author, and founder of One Mom's Battle, is thrilled to introduce a new opportunity for the new year – 12 Months with Tina. The yearlong, distance-learning program is for people in the process of divorcing a narcissist or individual with a Cluster B personality disorder.

Participants will gain knowledge and support through weekly modules and private group discussions and bonding. Topics covered within the modules help participants gain insight into their abuser's behavior and tactics, learn the ins and outs of custody battles, and develop a plan for helping their children thrive despite their toxic co-parenting environment. The group setting helps uncover new areas for growth and provides the support that allows each participant to realize their strength during the tumultuous time of divorcing a toxic partner.
