MINNEAPOLIS, July 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- In its latest move to provide unparalleled benefits and services to members, ONE20 announced a new program that will give free roadside assistance to more than 350,000 drivers who are members of the ONE20 communities. To launch the program, ONE20 has partnered with RoadsideMASTERS.com, the nation's leading membership program providing roadside assistance to commercial vehicles across the United States and Canada. This partnership will create the largest roadside service offering of its kind, aligning closely with ONE20's commitment to make life easier, safer and more cost-effective for professional drivers.

The partnership marks a huge milestone for ONE20 and its mission to provide free tools and services to drivers across the country. Specializing in emergency roadside assistance since 2009, RoadsideMASTERS' history of expertise and experience is a perfect fit to bring ONE20 members a level of service unmatched by anyone else in the industry.

Starting in August 2017, ONE20 members will be eligible for free Silver Level service through RoadsideMASTERS.com. Benefits include but are not limited to: truck and trailer towing, flat tire change, tire repair, mobile mechanic service and jump starts. Drivers will also have options for added coverage under the Gold and Platinum programs; depending on what additional ONE20 products and services the driver is utilizing. ONE20 members who purchase and activate a ONE20 F-ELD before September 1, 2017 will get an automatic upgrade to Gold Level service and ONE20 Silver Level users will also have the option to opt into Gold coverage at a discounted rate. 

Historically, roadside assistance programs cost up to $700 annually, an expense many drivers cannot afford. When breakdowns occur, drivers are forced to fork over additional money in order to get back up and running. Towing assistance is typically requested twice a year, with a five mile tow averaging $500, not including added repair costs.

Once registered, accessing the program is easy – benefits are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For assistance, drivers simply call the support number listed on their membership card. They will then receive a text from RoadsideMASTERS.com, which allows the support team to geo-locate the driver so dispatchers know exactly where to send a service team.

Interested drivers who are not currently ONE20 members can download the My ONE20 App from the Google Play or Apple App stores for free.
