Online Real Estate Investment Platform iintoo Hires Shoshana Winter as Managing Director to Lead US Marketing for New Principal-Protection Product
NEW YORK, Oct. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Real estate investment management company iintoo investments Ltd. ("iintoo") is pleased to announce Shoshana Winter, most recently SVP of Marketing Strategy & Solutions at Merkle, has joined the company as Managing Director of the US operations, replacing Jeff Holzmann as he transitions to a new role as COO.
"We are proud to welcome Shoshana to the iintoo team and grateful to gain her marketing prowess and intimate knowledge of digital media," said Eran Roth, founder and CEO of iintoo. "With iintoo's proven track record, Shoshana will be a vital asset to our domestic growth as we leverage our international success to launch a U.S.-focused marketing campaign."
Bringing nearly 30 years of marketing management experience on both the agency and client side, Winter is a digital media veteran with a successful track record leading marketing for high-growth, disruptive startup brands including Audible, Limewire and Motionbox. Over the course of her agency career, she has worked on Fortune 500 brands across every vertical, including Verizon, Chase, Voya, Ray-Ban and Snapple. Given her significant experience in both traditional and digital media, managing both early stage and established brands, she brings both the art and science of marketing to develop groundbreaking brand experiences that resonate with the modern age consumer – something that iintoo is seeking in its US expansion.
In her new role as Managing Director, Winter will lead operations for iintoo's Epiic platform, a revolutionary investment product that gives retail investors direct access to premium commercial real estate opportunities, backed with equity principal protection. Epiic aims to attract a greater number of new investors in the commercial real estate space by providing peace of mind and making investing in premium real estate as accessible as buying stocks online.
"Technology continues to democratize the way consumers interact with brands and I am excited to join iintoo at such a pivotal moment in the evolution of commercial real estate investment products," said Winter. "The Epiic platform is a game changer for consumers and creates a tremendous opportunity for iintoo to lead the category by creating a whole new way for average investors to diversify their portfolios."
Winter is also an adjunct professor at Fordham University in the Department of Communications & Media Studies. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science from New York University.
