Ontario Lottery and Gaming Contracts Energy Advantage to Strengthen Its Commitment to Energy & Sustainability

BURLINGTON, Ontario, May 31, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), the provincial government agency responsible for 24 gaming sites, has awarded a 2-year contract to Energy Advantage Inc. to implement a variety of initiatives to drive tangible results in the areas of energy and sustainability (E&S).

Energy Advantage will continue to expand on their current work with OLG to include new benchmarking and performance reporting through EA's data warehouse, manage energy procurement opportunities, energy efficiency pilot programs for roll out, and OLG's annual GHG Inventory Report.

Many of these initiatives represent a natural evolution from the programs that were identified and implemented by Energy Advantage following the completion of a Total Energy and Environmental Management (or TEEM) Assessment for OLG.  The TEEM Assessment is a tool for senior management to evaluate the performance of all key systems and processes of the company as they relate to energy and sustainability.
