This progress follows the 2024 validation of Ontinue's near-term and net-zero targets by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). The validation confirmed that Ontinue's climate commitments align with the latest climate science and the Paris Agreement's ambition to limit global warming to 1.5°C.

Specifically, the SBTi validated Ontinue's:

• Near-term targets (Scopes 1 and 2): Reduction pathway consistent with limiting warming to 1.5°C — the most ambitious designation available.
• Long-term net-zero targets (Scopes 1, 2, and 3): Aligned with achieving net-zero by 2050 or sooner.
