OnTrac Appoints Arjun Sainath as Chief Technology Officer to Advance AI-Enabled Strategy

Logistics industry veteran to lead technology innovation and build a technology that will differentiate OnTrac in its next phase of growth

In this role, Sainath will lead the company's technology organization and strategy, driving innovation across operations, customer solutions, data, AI, and enterprise back-office systems to support OnTrac's next phase of growth.

Sainath joins OnTrac with more than two decades of experience leading technology, engineering, and product organizations through periods of transformation and growth—with a focus in logistics and supply chain. He will be responsible for advancing the company's technology vision and investments, with a focus on further differentiating customer experiences and building a new AI-driven development model for faster speed-to-market.

Prior to joining OnTrac, Sainath served as Chief Technology Officer at Cart.com, where he led technology modernization initiatives and leveraged artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve fulfillment operations. Before Cart.com, he served as Corporate Vice President of Platform Engineering at Blue Yonder, where he led the migration of global supply chain technologies to a cloud-native SaaS platform. Earlier in his career, Sainath held leadership roles at Salesforce, overseeing M&A integrations and revenue automation initiatives that supported business growth and transformation.

As CTO, Sainath will oversee the continued evolution of OnTrac's technology, including the strategic application of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve network efficiency, support operational decision-making, and unlock new capabilities across the business.
