It has been an exciting few months for New Old - the showroom announcement comes on the heels of the firm's big win at this year's MAME awards, where they were named Custom Home Builder of the Year for 2016.

Given by the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte, Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence, or MAME Awards, are presented to Charlotte builders, developers, remodelers and associates for their achievements and their exceptional contributions in residential marketing throughout a given year.

The win firmly cements New Old as one of Charlotte's custom homebuilding industry leaders, and brings their numerous hard-won accomplishments to light.  

Founded just 5 years ago, New Old has quickly become a rising star in the Charlotte custom residential building industry. The firm has earned a solid reputation for personal attention, exceptional quality, and full dedication to both clients and subcontractors.
