Onyx Kicks Off Capital Renovations At 302,945 Sq.Ft. Country Club Plaza, Paramus
PARAMUS, N.J., April 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- In partnership with Garrison Investment Group, Onyx Equities, LLC, announces the kick off capital improvement work at the 302,945 sq.ft. office campus known as Country Club Plaza, located at 115-117 West Century Road in Paramus, NJ.
Changes will include modernization of the lobby, common corridors, elevator cabs and the relocation of the conference facility. NORR Architects was awarded the task of replacing dated finishes and light-inhibiting structures with treatments more conducive to a productive and welcoming environment.
Purchased by the partnership in Summer of 2016, Country Club Plaza is a two-building, Class A office complex with amenities such as a full service cafeteria, fitness center and conference facility. The campus is easily accessible to the Garden State Parkway, I-80, Routes 17, and is located within close proximity to high end dining options and two country clubs.
