Adding "Where" Component Brings New Insights Into Customer Energy Consumption and Better Customer Engagement Results
ONZO and Ubisense have partnered to combine the data analytics functionality of ONZO's utility customer insight and engagement platform with the location intelligence capabilities of the Ubisense platform. Through this combination, utilities now have much greater and more easily understood intelligence about where and how their customers are using energy. Customers and their energy usage can now be geographically visualized at any desired level of granularity, from individual household, to feeder to entire service area. This allows utilities to see not only load locations, but also to map ONZO analytics-derived insights such as where solar panels are installed, locations of high consumers of air conditioning, customers with high discretionary peak time load, where usage anomalies exist and any other energy usage characteristics.
