OpenInfra Summit Europe Agenda Features Open Source Innovation in AI, Digital Sovereignty and Workload Migration

AUSTIN, Texas, July 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Open source infrastructure solutions for digital sovereignty, VMware migration, and AI workloads will be in the spotlight as members of the OpenInfra Foundation and its global community come together for the OpenInfra Summit Europe, October 17-19, in Paris-Saclay, France. The agenda, available today, highlights how open source software continues to accelerate innovation, distributing value throughout the stack and flowing to providers that deliver the best in open infrastructure.

OpenInfra Summit Europe will be the first OpenInfra Summit convened since the OpenInfra Foundation joined the Linux Foundation, furthering global open source collaboration and unifying some of the most widely adopted open source projects, including Linux, Kubernetes, and OpenStack, collectively known as the OpenInfra Blueprint. Gathering open source infrastructure developers and operators in one place is critical at a time when open source has unleashed nearly $9 trillion in economic value and global OpenStack demand has surged, driven by these trends. OpenInfra Summit Europe will convene business decision-makers, infrastructure architects and open source developers representing many industries, including financial services, government, manufacturing, telecom and IT.
