• Relevance and Timeliness:  To ensure relevance, outdated entries are deleted after 120 days and moderated in accordance to OpenTable editorial guidelines.
  
• Restaurant Feedback Loop:  OpenTable reviews are delivered directly to restaurant partners in real-time. If they wish, diners may also submit a private note to restaurant management and provide their email addresses for follow-up correspondence.
