In attendance at this event will be officials from the China National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), major city Governors, large state-owned enterprises and CCS experts from around the world.
Carbon Capture and Sequestration (CCS), is a means of reducing the contribution of fossil fuel emissions to Global Warming, based on capturing Carbon Dioxide from large sources, and storing it in such a way that it does not enter the atmosphere.
