OppenheimerFunds Expands Nonresident Client Business

Eisenhardt leads OFI Global's distribution activities with US-based non-resident investors with a specific focus on the firm's UCITS. "Having spent the last 20 years in Miami, Ivan understands the Latin American market and will help OppenheimerFunds better serve clients across this region with his deep knowledge of the Florida international advisor marketplace," Eisenhardt said.

Most recently, DelRio was Senior Advisor Consultant for Florida and Alabama at OppenheimerFunds. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, DelRio was Vice President of Investment Services at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and before that held positions at John Thomas Financial and Prestige Financial. Fluent in Spanish, DelRio received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Florida International University and is currently a CFA level III candidate.

Recently, the firm launched OppenheimerFunds ICAV, an Ireland-domiciled UCITS platform, and its sub-funds. These funds provide new choices to offshore clients and deepen relationships with consultants and investment platform providers.

OppenheimerFunds has also grown its international presence with the opening of its headquarters for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in London. Doug Stewart, Head of EMEA, leads the firm's London-based operations.

The firm is also actively involved in philanthropy and community efforts through its 10,000 Kids by 2020 initiative, which aims to introduce children to math literacy programs. Earlier this year, OppenheimerFunds sponsored the National Museum of Mathematics' Math Midway 2 Go exhibit at the Miami Children's Museum.
