Options Group announces the hire of Tom Borgers as Executive Director

NEW YORK, July 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Options Group, a leading global executive search firm, announces the hire of Tom Borgers as Executive Director.  He is based in the New York office and is focused on providing recruiting services for the financial industry with an emphasis in compliance, risk, regulatory and investigations.  Additionally, Tom is an Executive Director in our consulting and other specialized services groups.

Prior to joining Options Group, Tom was the Senior Staffer of the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission (FCIC).  He has over 35 years of collective experience working within the financial services industry, the U.S. Government and various leading consulting firms.  Tom has served in a wide variety of roles ranging from banker, investor, regulator, analyst, consultant, certified fraud examiner, Congressional appointee to recruiter.  He began his career at JP Morgan, where he was an investment banker for 21 years.
