Orange Bank & Trust Promotes Three Key Employees

MIDDLETOWN, N.Y., March 5, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Orange Bank & Trust Company announces the promotions of three key employees: Pamela Jones to Senior VP, Director of Human Resources; Michael Listner to Senior VP, Chief Credit Officer and Gregory Sousa to Chief Commercial Banking Officer.

In her new role Jones will manage strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and employee relations across the bank's 13 branches and its affiliate, Hudson Valley Investment Advisors. She joined the bank in 1991 as a Human Resources supervisor and holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and a bachelor's degree in human resources from Marist College.

Listner will continue to be responsible for the overall management of the Bank's Credit Department including managing and directing its loan portfolio.He joined the bank in 2018 from Sun National Bank where he was Senior VP. He also has years of experience in credit ratings and structured finance with Standard & Poor's. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance and Economics from Villanova University.

Sousa will now oversee the Bank's Marketing and Product Development in addition to managing business production, branch sales in Orange and Rockland counties and Cash Management. He joined Orange Bank & Trust in 2015 from Hudson Valley Bank where he served as Senior Vice President and Branch Administrator. Greg, who was recognized as one of Rockland County's "Forty Under 40", is a graduate of Leadership Rockland, and received his bachelor's degree from SUNY Binghamton. He also completed studies at the American Bankers Association Wharton/Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
