Corcilius as Managing Director. Mr. Corcilius, who brings more than 20 years of experience within the real estate and hospitality industries, is based in New York where he provides global infrastructure and real estate advisory solutions to Ankura clients. His responsibilities include business development, managing new client relationships, and providing analytical, financial, and transactional advisory support to clients.
Prior to joining Ankura, Mr. Corcilius led a boutique advisory firm focused on hospitality and mixed-use asset classes where he managed client relationships and created the financial cash flows, capitalization strategies, valuation, and waterfall models for the firm's real estate projects. In addition to hospitality and mixed-use real estate, Mr. Corcilius expanded the reach of his capabilities across multiple industry sectors to include residential, multi-family, food and beverage, entertainment, retail, office, industrial, agricultural and energy initiatives.
Mr. Corcilius has developed financial models for and advised on over 100 prospective real estate transactions. His skillsets will be a valuable asset as Ankura bridges the offerings of the newly acquired practices with the firm's existing offerings.
