Oro Ecológico, EcoGuard Global, and Envex Technologies Form Strategic Alliance to Build Integrated Natural Capital Ecosystem for Carbon Markets Across Latin America

Alliance links 27+ million hectares under long-term mandates to institutional-grade digital verification and carbon market infrastructure, creating one continuous route from origination to market trades.

NEW YORK, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Oro Ecológico Nexus (OEN), EcoGuard Global (EcoGuard), and Envex Technologies (ENVEX) today announced a strategic alliance at the New York Climate Summit 2026, to build an integrated natural capital ecosystem for the carbon market across Latin America. The alliance connects the three layers of land, data, and market into a single integrated chain to create a one-of-its-kind origination-to-market pathway.

This alliance closes a very important gap between land rights that take decades to secure and capital that needs institutional trust to move. By designing credits for compliance-grade eligibility from day one and building a fully-digitized, immutable, and transparent ecosystem on Hedera, the world's most energy-efficient DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) that scales beyond carbon, the three partners are turning one of Latin America's largest natural capital portfolios into a market that can actually be transacted.

At the base of the strategic alliance is OEN's land portfolio: Carbon credit and natural capital asset rights secured through signed forty-year mandates with indigenous communities and over 200,000 landowners across more than 27 million hectares built on FPIC (Free, Prior, and Informed Consent) processes and community benefit-sharing.

The three partners have collectively agreed to an initial deployment plan of approximately one million hectares, with jointly agreed pilot areas (Phase 1), which has the potential of generating 5–10 million tCO2e annually of nature-based carbon credits that can be sold in the international market under Article 6 of the Paris Climate Agreement and under International Civil Aviation Organization's CORSIA program. The architecture is fully scalable, and the infrastructure will be expanded modularly to eventually cover the broader 27+ million hectare platform, which when fully scaled has the potential to generate 30–50 million tCO2e annually.
