Cheval believes in cultivating businesses and strategic growth in the Las Vegas area, and he serves as a Board of Director on the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, as well as having served on numerous other boards and stakeholder advisory committees as it relates to real estate. His experiences include serving as the Division President for Las Vegas at Stewart Title, President of CoreTitle of Nevada, and has exceled in title operation management positions for several local Las Vegas title companies.
