Osha Liang LLP Congratulates 2016 HATCH Pitch Finalists

AUSTIN and HOUSTON, Feb. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- HATCH pitch, the revolutionary startup pitch competition, announced today the finalists for its upcoming March 13 event in Austin, Texas.

Applications were received from hundreds of early-stage tech startups in 20 countries and 34 U.S. states. Finalists were selected based on a range of criteria including how revolutionary the idea is, how the company is making life better, what's great about the startup founders and team, and how scalable and sustainable their product is. Each participant will present a business plan to a panel of corporate, angel, and venture investor judges before a well-connected audience.

For the first time, HATCH pitch will feature three categories: Digital Health, Connected World, and Mobility (smart transportation alternatives).

Digital Health Category:

Aquatricity - Delivers a power and water control system to help address the problems of energy and water scarcity faced by underserved communities worldwide.
