O'Shaughnessy Ventures' Infinite Media Launches "A Cheese Course," a Tasting-Table Talk Show Hosted by Adam Jay Moskowitz
Curiosity meets craft as curated cheese courses fuel conversations with food pioneers, artists and tastemakers
GREENWICH, Conn., Sept. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Cheese takes center stage as Infinite Media, the media studio of O'Shaughnessy Ventures LLC (OSV), launches "A Cheese Course," a high-energy weekly conversation show streaming on YouTube. Hosted by third-generation cheese importer Adam Jay Moskowitz, each episode pairs lively conversations with expertly curated cheese courses served by cheesemongers Tommy Amorim and Alex Armstrong.
The series explores the craft, culture and stories behind great cheese. Viewers learn to taste with confidence, build better boards and make smart choices at the cheese counter, gaining practical knowledge they can use when shopping, cooking or hosting. Episodes venture beyond cheese, featuring artists, entrepreneurs and tastemakers united by a love of good food and conversation.
"No boring lectures—just good people, incredible cheese and the kind of knowledge that makes you dangerous at dinner parties," said Moskowitz. "If you're cheese–curious, we'll turn that into cheese confidence."
"A Cheese Course" will feature eight episodes, with new installments released every Thursday on the show's YouTube channel. Episode 1 premieres September 4, 2025, and features viral cheesemonger Madelyn Varela, who has amassed hundreds of thousands of followers across TikTok and Instagram. Upcoming guests include:
- Chef Abby Kirn. Olive oil producer, forager, butter maker and animal rescuer.
- Ron Pope. RIAA platinum-certified singer-songwriter with over 1 million monthly Spotify listeners.
- Kat Craddock. Editor in chief and CEO of Saveur Magazine.
