OSL Holdings Inc. Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire 48% of Corporate Diversity Solutions (CDS)

(OTCBB: OSLH) announced today that the company has signed a letter of intent to acquire 48% of Corporate Diversity Solutions (CDS) in exchange for shares of the company.  CDS is a WBENC (52% woman owned)  certified Tier One company committed to being a leading diversity procurement & distribution organization which is today focused on office supply, sustainability, janitorial, research development, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) supplier of goods and data maintenance services.
