Outdoor Channel Expands Its Contract With Rentrak, Subscribes To Its Advanced Demographics Currency

PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rentrak (NASDAQ: RENT), the leader in precisely measuring movies and TV everywhere, today announced it has expanded its measurement agreement with Outdoor Channel to include Rentrak's Advanced Demographics currency for automotive and retail shopping insights.

As the first cable network to subscribe to Rentrak for its ratings currency, Outdoor Channel has utilized Rentrak's industry-leading TV measurement service to gain insight on audience viewing patterns for more than four years. With the new agreement, Outdoor Channel will take advantage of Rentrak's automotive and MasterCard retail ratings.
