Outerwall Facilitates Donations To Disaster Relief In The Midwest And Southern United States Through Its Coinstar Kiosks

BELLEVUE, Wash., April 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Outerwall Inc. is joining its employees and Americans in supporting the disaster relief efforts of the American Red Cross as a result of the tornadoes in the Midwest and Southern United States. Americans can donate their spare change at Coinstar® donation-enabled kiosks across the United States and the American Red Cross will receive funds within 48 hours.

To make a donation at a Coinstar kiosk, individuals simply select the "donate" option from the menu, choose the American Red Cross, and pour in any amount of change to support relief efforts providing food, shelter and other assistance to victims of severe weather and tornados. The Red Cross will receive 100 percent of the value of the donations.
