Outsourcing Institute Names Capgemini, Concentrix and HGS Winners of the 2015 Best Outsourcing Thought Leadership (BOTL) Awards
NEW YORK, Oct. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Outsourcing Institute today announced that Capgemini, Concentrix and HGS have been named the winners of this year's Best Outsourcing Thought Leadership (BOTL) Awards for BPO Innovation. The BOTL Awards highlight the most innovative business process outsourcing (BPO) work that showcase use cases from providers across the outsourcing industry, and the best thought leadership that encompass innovation, creativity and results within client engagements.
