Outsourcing Institute Names Wipro Limited and WNS Global Services the 2016 BOTL Award Winners for Wall Street Tech Innovation

Best Practices Thought Leadership - Wipro Limited scored the highest in this category for its best practices thought leadership on cognitive system recommendations for financial institutions besieged by Know Your Customer (KYC) hurdles: "Evoking Super Powers to Solve Super Problems."
Real World Use Case - Innovation – WNS Global Services earned highest marks for its real world case study supporting one of the largest Emergency Medical Associates (EMA) for North America. WNS Global Services reduced the manual intervention required to search relevant information for its client by eight percent, saving 47% of productive man-hours and helping ensure 100% manual search accuracy, improving the gross margin for transaction based billing model and laying the groundwork for the company's adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
