Ovation Enters the Digital Publishing Business with the Launch of CulturePOP

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Ovation, the only television network devoted to art and contemporary culture, is venturing outside the television arena and into the digital publishing business with the launch of CulturePOP, a website aimed at bringing art and culture into readers' everyday lives.  CulturePOP is launching today at www.CulturePOP.com and is offering subscribers a chance to win an artful trip to Miami.  Subscription to CulturePOP is free.

CulturePOP has retained editorial consultant Sabrina Weill to oversee the content.  Weill is a former editor-in-chief of Seventeen and was instrumental in the launch of CosmoGIRL! magazine, where she served as founding executive editor for four years.  Previously, Weill was an editor at Redbook and editor-in-chief of the Scholastic teen health magazine Choices.
