Ovuline raises $10 million and rebrands to "Ovia Health"

BOSTON, Oct. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ovuline, the leading women's healthcare technology company behind the Ovia Fertility, Pregnancy, and Parenting apps, announced today it has raised $10 million in new funding and will rebrand as "Ovia Health."

The company has secured a $10 million investment to support the growth of Ovia Health and to expand its maternity benefits solution to employers and insurers nationwide, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Activision Blizzard, Optum and General Electric.

As of today, Ovuline and its associated business units will align under the name Ovia Health. This includes Ovia's mobile apps: Ovia Fertility, Ovia Pregnancy, and Ovia Parenting (the newest member of the Ovia app family, launched earlier this month), and Ovia Media, which provides life-stage marketing solutions for leading brands and millennial moms. Ovia Health's mobile maternity benefits solution for employers and insurers will also be included.
