OXbyEL Appoints International Financier Anthony J. Parkinson as CFO and Launches "Forever Chemical" Cleanup Pilot

PHOENIX, Oct. 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- OXbyEL Technologies has named Anthony J. Parkinson Chief Financial Officer as the company begins pilot operations at the ADEQ demonstration site, city of Tucson supply well C-007A, downgradient of Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona. The pilot program represents the final test phase of OXbyEl's breakthrough electrochemical system that completely eliminates forever chemicals.

Parkinson has served on OXbyEl's advisory board for the past year and played a key role in bringing on Kent Henry's team to support VP Technology Dr. Colleen Legzdins in completing and scaling up the Tucson pilot.

Dr. Legzdins was founder of Axine Water Technologies, and OXbyEL CEO Ed Ricci was previously Senior Vice-President of Brown and Caldwell where he built and managed a $100 million environmental business enterprise before co-founding OXbyEL to commercialize advanced water treatment solutions.

Parkinson's background includes co-founding Kronos, Inc. (now UKG), serving as a General Partner of the Stanley Cup Champion New York Islanders, leading Hasbro/Milton Bradley's European operations from London, and bringing Phoenix-based graphite processors Urbix Inc. to scalability. Currently based in Phoenix, Paso Robles, and Vancouver, over the past decade, Parkinson has been active in several ventures focused on sustainability, including in collaboration with the University of British Columbia and the University of Arizona.
