Oxford Finance Provides $11.6 Million in Debt Financing to Skyline Retirement Community

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Oxford Finance LLC ("Oxford"), a specialty finance firm that provides senior debt to life sciences and healthcare services companies, today announced that it provided $11.6 million in senior debt to Skyline Retirement Community.  The financing package included a $10.6 million senior secured term loan and a $1 million revolving line of credit. Proceeds of the loans are being used to refinance existing debt, fund capital improvements, and provide working capital at the Skyline Retirement Community.
