P90X And INSANITY Innovators Beachbody® Offer Nationwide Casting Call For Fitness Industry Talent

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Sept. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Beachbody, the Santa Monica, Calif.-based developers of INSANITY^®, P90X^® and a variety of other successful at-home fitness programs and nutritional supplements, announced a casting call for its 2014 Beachbody Talent Team.  The Beachbody Talent Team will be featured in upcoming product launches, infomercials and marketing materials that support Beachbody's professional certification programs. The casting call provides a unique opportunity for those fitness professionals and fitness enthusiasts looking to break into the industry and gain exposure on a national level.

The national casting call kicks off today and runs through Sunday, December 15.  Beachbody Talent Team applicants can log onto BeachbodyTalentTeam.com to fill out an online application, complete with a video link and photos.  Submissions received by October 7 are eligible for an upcoming video shoot as early as the first week of November.

Held in April 2014, the audition camp will take place over a two-day period in Los Angeles. Finalists will be put through a series of workshops including a photo shoot, public speaking and on-camera techniques.  Beachbody's panel of judges will ultimately select about 50-75 members from the 100 finalists for the 2014 Beachbody Talent Team.

In order to become a member of the Beachbody Talent Team, entrants will need to be certified in a Beachbody program, including P90X, INSANITY, Turbo Kick®, PiYo Strength® or hip hop HUSTLE®, and be a member of Beachbody's VIP or Pro Team.
