Woods, formerly board members for Foundation Bank of Bellevue, Washington, will join the board of directors for Pacific Continental Bank. Pacific Continental Corporation formally closed its acquisition of Foundation Bancorp, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Foundation Bank on September 6.
