HONG KONG, Aug. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Pacific Online Ltd. (HKSe: 543) ("Pacific Online" or the "Company"), a leading internet content provider in China, today announced that it will release its audited financial results for the interim period of 2012 on Monday, August 27^th, 2012.

Conference Call

The following day, on Tuesday, August 28^th, 2012, management will host a conference call to discuss the results at 9:00 AM Hong Kong time (9:00 PM EDT on Monday, August 27^th, 2012).  Mr. Lam Wai Yan, Chairman and CEO, and Mr. Jeff Wang, Chief Financial Officer, will discuss the results and take questions following the prepared remarks.
